In this busy world we live in, it truly feels like there isn’t ever enough time to take ​care and nurture ourselves. True happiness & fulfillment starts with you and taking care of ​the body & mind God blessed you with. That is where I lend a helping hand! God has called ​on me to serve people and my goal is to have a graceful effect on my clients. If we are ​healthy, relaxed and rested, I believe we can be happier people. “Give grace” is Graceful ​Effects motto. To yourself, to friends & family, and even to people you don’t know. ​Allowing grace to be still sometimes, is the start to a powerful lifestyle. God’s Grace is the ​reason we’re all here, right?
